Movie Box Office Winners
Okay as for my predictions, it seems I did get 8 out of the ten but not in the right order. Will you play with me next week?
Dr. Seuss; Horton Hears a Who raked in $45.1 million. I expected this one being the first especially since it is a kid movie and everyone growing up has read at least one Dr.Seuss book. Horton hears a Who is all about Horton the elephant hearing a tiny voice on a flower and decides he must protect it at all costs.
10,000 BC- This movie is all about a mammoth hunter trying to help his community survive in the century 10000BC. He has already lost his wife to the evil warlord and now his town may all disappear, but a sibertooth is getting in the way.
Never Back Down- Jake Tyler was once the star football player but ends up having to move when a family issue comes up. Quickly he’s the outcast and a streetfight takes place where he is humiliated but now he is finding himself in the ring of a boxer.
College Road Trip- Ravon Symone, “That’s so Raven” is on a college road trip with her dad. Imagine going hunting for a college but having to take your parents along for the ride, especially when ones a cop. Eeek.
Vantage Point- This thriller movie is sure to make everyone wait at the edge of their seat for that next jump. The five other movies were from new releases to some that were already in the theater. The Bank Job, Doomsday, Semi-Pro, The Other Boleyn Girl, and The Spiderwick Chronicles.
